Bracelet Sizes
Size is always specified as the end to end length of the item.
The most accurate way to determine the correct size for a Beaded Bracelet is to measure directly at the wrist with a measuring tape. Measure at the wrist bone with the tape just touching the skin (not too tight), and then add 1/2" for a Children's Bracelet (under 6.5") or 1" for a Women's Bracelet. This should ensure a comfortable fit.
If direct measuring is not possible, an approximate sizing guide is provided below. Note, all sizes are approximate for the age groups:
Children's Sizes:
4" (approx 0-6 months)
4.5" (approx 6-12 months)
5" (approx 12-24 months)
5.5" (approx 2-5 years)
6" (approx 6-8 years)
6.5" (approx 8-12 years)

Caring for Your Jewelry
We recommend:
Use a product intended for cleaning silver jewelry if your Sterling Silver jewelry does tarnish but follow directions and wipe clean with a soft cloth. If the silver in your jewelry has antiqued silver, no cleaner should be used as it might remove the antique finish.
Polish regularly with a non-abrasive jewelry cleaning cloth or a clean, moist cloth.
Avoid abrasive cleaners, suntan lotions, "hard" water - water with chlorine, salt or other chemical additives
Do not use ultrasonic cleaning methods

Storing Your Jewelry
We recommend the following storage tips:
Store each piece separately in its organza pouch. Do not store multiple items in the same pouch
OR, an freezer bag with the air removed is an excellent, inexpensive way to store jewelry
Store in a cool, dry, dark place
Avoid setting your jewelry on any surface that might contain harmful chemicals such as newspaper, cardboard or cotton materials.

How to place an Order
Click on the "Shopping" link in the "NAVIGATION" box on the left side of the Welcome Page. This will take you to a listing of the current products we offer.
Click on the picture or name of an item you are interested in. This will take you to a page with a larger picture and full description of that product.
On that page, follow the directions to enter the quantity, size, and, if required, crystal color and initial you wish. Click on "Add to Cart".
If your order is complete, click on "Check Out" or, if you wish to order other items, click on "Continue".
Once you are done shopping and are ready to checkout, complete the Shipping Information page, Payment Information page and finally the "Submit" button to send your order to us.

Delivery Timing
Standard orders are generally completed and shipped within 3 - 5 days. Special requests may take longer if some of the components are not in stock but this is not usually the case.
Once an order is completed, it is shipped via Priority Mail, which generally takes 5-7 shipping days, or by Fedex ground, which takes about 2-5 shipping days. Either method of shipment is trackable and insured up to $100.00.
Orders placed after 4:00 P.M. EST will the processed the next day except orders placed after 4:00 P.M. Saturday will not be processed until Monday.

My String Beadz is a relatively new company. We are starting off with a select group of products but are adding new, exciting items on a regular basis.
Custom orders are accepted. Just send us the specifics of your desires and we will let you know how soon we can fill your custom order.
We have access to a number of exceptional suppliers who offer a wide variety of dangles, charms, clasps and extensions which we are sure will meet your needs.
