About Kelly Ross and My String Beadz Fashion Jewelry
Hello, my name is Kelly Ross - a wife and mother; but also someone who loves to create. I really can't remember a time without making something - sewing, painting, knitting or gluing; You name it, I've probably tried it.
When a cousin made a beautiful crystal and silver bracelet a few years ago and gave it to me as a present, I fell in love with it. It became part of me! I would never take it off and, because it had crystal birthstones for each of my family members, it would always remind me of my wonderful family members: 3 lovely daughters and an adorable husband.
I decided that I wanted to share this gift with whomever wanted a similar family remembrance and decided to learn the art of making these lovely bracelets myself and, after a variety of classes and instruction, I discovered I could successfully design and create lovely bracelets and earings on my own. Of course, raising three daughters provides many advantages besides the obvious joy and love they provide - and their keen sense of fashion helped to ensure that fun,fresh, up-to-date ideas were added to the concepts learned in Fashion Art and Merchandising classes at the university.
I truly love the design and creation process that goes into each piece of jewelry I make. Every piece is unique and, even though one may be from the same pattern as another, each will have its own original flare because it is really designed by you - the customer and is hand crafted with particular care and joy.
I only wish that I could meet all of my customers face to face and that I could hand deliver each creation - whether a family remembrance, baby's first bracelet or a fashion statement.
